Founded in 1964 with just 16 apple ranches, we’ve now grown to include unique fruit & vegetable farms, bakeshops, wineries, a Bed & Breakfast Inn, flower gardens, and Christmas tree farms. 🍎 APPLE HILL CAKE🍎
The following recipe is for one of the most delicious APPLE DESSERTS and it has an added advantage - it is very easy to make. Each pan is a guaranteed success, provided that Apple Hill apples are used.
4 c. diced apples
Combine:
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
½ c. oil
Add, sifted together:
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
Add to Apple Mixture. Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan and bake for one hour in preheated oven at 350°.
Serve hot, warm, or cold. Plain, frosted or with whipped cream. Your family will really enjoy this flavorful dessert anyway you like to present it.

Time is running out to stock up on @24carrotfarm’s incredible fruits and veggies! Their last day is Wednesday, November 26.
They will have special opening hours Tuesday and Wednesday, November 24-25, for your holiday needs!
It means that they will be open EVERY DAY the week leading up to Thanksgiving, so you can stock up for the holiday (and beyond!).
They plan to reopen in early January 2026.
