Save the date for our Welcome Spring with the Apple Hill Wineries on Saturday, March 21st & Sunday, March 22nd

This seasonal event is just “budding” with Spring activities and tastings that will be featured at each participating winery. Enjoy special tastings, events and experiences to celebrate the Spring season at participating Apple Hill locations.

Lava Cap:  Join us in the Lava Cap barrel room for our Welcome Spring Open House, from 10am–5pm. Sip and savor our new Spring Releases with sliced baguettes and artisan cheeses, plus enjoy a special barrel tasting for a sneak peek at what’s coming next. Our featured releases include Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and newly bottled, award-winning red wines. Picnic food will be available for purchase if you’d like to make a day of it. Complimentary for Wine Club Members, $10 for Non-Members. No reservations required, just come by and enjoy!

Boeger: Enjoy a complimentary pour of our newest wine, a low-alcohol, chillable red called Refosco Novello. Its beautiful color matches the flowers that will be blooming in our gardens!

Madroña Vineyards:  Escape to the solitude that is Madroña Vineyards! Taste through our special Spring Flight of wines that have been handpicked exclusively for the attendees of the event. Complimentary tasting for wine club members.

Rucksack Cellars: Relax and enjoy the view as you taste through a flight of our Sierra Highland wines. After we will pour you a special wine we will open exclusively for attendees of this spring event.

Edio: Come enjoy a special food and wine pairing brought to you by our very own Joan’s Apple Bakery along with Signature Edio wine tastings, fresh bread loaves, and grazing plates. Joan’s Apple Bakery will also be open Saturday and Sunday with seasonal treats and wine and hard cider available by the glass and bottle to enjoy on our farm grounds!  Come take in Spring! *Pairing requires reservations, please check delfinofarms.com/visit

Docmanov Vineyards & Winery: We invite you to savor the season with a specially curated flight of 5 elegant wines, each perfectly paired with a delicate amuse-bouche. It’s a refined journey for the senses and the perfect way to toast to longer days. The full pairing experience is free for Wine Club members and just $15 for non-members. Please note: this offer is available exclusively to guests with a confirmed reservation. Reserve your spot on our website under the Events section. Want to bring the tasting home? Enjoy a special bottle sale on any of the featured wines—25% off for non-members and 35% off for members when you buy any 3 bottles (limited to 3 bottles per customer). Starfield Vineyards: Join us on the Upper Patio and Covered Porch for Spring Fling!  Sample our newly-released Spring favorites: Grenache, Cinsaut and Viognier – featuring stunning new solargraph labels!  In honor of Spring, non-members enjoy $10 off all our self-guided wine flights!  Flights and tastings are always complimentary for members.  To make a meal of it, try one of our cheese and charcuterie plates, or select your own favorites from the deli case!

Wofford Acres Vineyards: Come share your Spring Fling day by enjoying a glass of our spring release of our 2025 Molino de Vento, a beautiful Syrah Rosé or our 2021 La Mancha, a field blend of Petite Sirah and Nebbiolo. Come by and enjoy our breathtaking views of the South Fork of the American River Canyon and hopefully, the irises and daffodils will be in full bloom making for a picturesque day.
