Take your shot at being a winemaker.  Paul Bush, Owner/Winemaker will lead you through a flight of White Rhone blends, then a flight of the three main white varietals in their 100% barrel form (Marsanne, Roussanne, and Viognier).  Paul says, “This sit-down educational tasting is not for the faint of heart. I actually find blending whites more complicated than blending reds!”.
