This event will celebrate summer with activities and offerings that feature berries, plums, peaches, vegetables, wine, hard cider, baked goods, jams, treats, wine and more! Kick off your tour of Summer Harvest Day farms at Harris Family Farm! Come experience the festivities at this small farm with u-pick flowers, marionberries and blackberries; bake shop, live music, and a “Marketplace” of local vendors offering food and artisan crafts and products. The bake shop will be featuring a variety of summer fruit filled baked goods and lavender lemonade and apple cider slushies; fruit jams and preserves; and a selection of fresh-baked or take-and-bake frozen fruit pies. As quantities are limited, call ahead to order your favorite baked pie at 530-644-2194. Enjoy live music by local musicians from 12pm – 3pm. Gem mining, rock painting, and a scavenger hunt will be available – providing fun for “kids” of all ages! And get creative by signing up for the new “Ice Tie-Dye” class.
