Take in panoramic vineyard and orchard views while indulging in a snout-to-tail dinner presented by Delfino Farms and Canon. Begin the experience with Edio Vineyards sparkling wine and an Oyster Bar by Flora & Fauna Provisions. Enjoy a coursed dinner prepared by Michelin Star chefs from Canon paired with Edio Vineyards wine. The entirety of this event is centered around pasture-raised Black Angus and market swine raised by our family here at Delfino Farms to share with you! All meat is harvested and aged by Coffland’s Butchery exclusively for this event.
