It’s been a few months since the “2024 Apple Season” has come to an end. Right about now you are craving some fresh made apple donuts or maybe a piece of pie from your favorite Apple Hill Grower bake shop. As you spread the last of your apple butter on your toast and regret that you should have bought three jars instead of two maybe it’s time to let you know that sometimes you can find some of the Apple Hill Grower Ranchers treats are available not just during the fall. Some ranches remain open and some are sell at Farmers’ Markets. Take a look to see who you can go visit now and who might be selling right down the street from you at your local Farmers’ Market.

Just to let you know I checked out the link and found out the Harris Family Farm was open and I was able to order chocolate dipped strawberries just in time for Valentines day!

Wineries are open!
The Apple Hill Growers host many award-winning wineries that stay open all year. It is a great time to visit your favorite winery to sample their wine in a unique setting that you may never get to experience again. Check the website of your favorite winery before you go. Some wineries may be requesting that you make an appointment before you visit, while others may not.

Farmstand is open to the public Thursday thru Saturday, 10am-5pm, where you will find organic fruits and veggies for sale. Read their Facebook Posts for what is available and ready to buy now.
The cider barn is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm, and you will find baked treats in the bakery on those days, too. If you are in the Bay Area and want some Fuji, Pink Lady or Granny Smith Apple Hill Apples stop by the Rainbow Orchards booth. They also have their fresh pressed refereshing apple juice for sale. If you are looking for their wines or hard cider, some markets may have these, too.
