Join us from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in our charming cellar for an unforgettable evening.
Start your night by checking in at the tasting room at 4:00 PM, where you can unwind before the dinner festivities begin.
Indulge in a delightful four-course meal expertly crafted by private chef Lenardo, showcasing seasonal ingredients and exquisite flavors. All courses will be expertly paired with our exciting new releases from Docmanov wines, ensuring a delightful and harmonious dining experience. Enjoy the perfect blend of exquisite flavors and quality wines with every bite!
To top it off, enjoy live music that will create an enchanting atmosphere throughout the evening.

Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu

1. Norvegese
Premium organic salmon from Norway, delicately served on a bed of arugula salad, accompanied by creamy burrata cheese and garlic bread.
2. Prosciutto E Melone
Homemade breadsticks wrapped in savory Parma ham, served alongside fresh, sweet melon slices.
3. Eggplant Parmigiana Gourmet
Layered eggplant slices baked in rich marinara sauce, topped with melted cheese and fresh basil.
