Sep 14th/15th, 10AM-1PM.  For two days, participants will arrive by 10am
and take a vineyard tour with the winemaker, collecting samples of fruit for
harvest along the way. You will learn how to measure sugar and help determine
optimum pick time of our Sangiovese. The tour will continue to our crush pad to
get a glimpse of what happens after pick. You will learn about the
crusher/de-stemmer process, punch down, taste fermenting wine, pressing the
wine, and finally barreling. Afterwards, You will move into the cellar and
experience a vertical tasting of our Estate Sangiovese. A light lunch will be
served & Price includes a bottle of 2016 Sangiovese to take home with you.
