PORTOPIA – Saturday, February 24th

Sign up for one of three sessions: 12 noon, 1:00 pm, or 2:00 pm
Do you love Port? Collect Port? Or just want to learn about our New-World Port? Portopia is a walk-around educational experience in the Madroña cellar. We focus on daring culinary creations made or paired with our current and library New-World Port vintages. Learn that Port is not just a dessert wine and that it can be enjoyed at all times of the meal. Taste a Port still wine (red table wines made from Port grapes), library selections and the Tawny Port from the barrel.

Because this is a food and wine pairing event, we have found that the order of pairings is very important. Therefore, to alleviate lines, and to allow people to enjoy the progression of tastings, we have set-up three different arrival times. Each time allows enough time to leisurely enjoy the event and relax in the cellar “living room.”

Tickets are available for the following times.
Saturday (2/24) 12:00 noon – limit 30 people
Saturday (2/24) 1:00 pm – limit 30 people
Saturday (2/24) 2:00 pm – limit 30 people

We have sold out the last three years. If you purchased 2016 port futures, and would like to make your reservation on-line, please make a note on the order, and we will apply the discount before we charge you.
