For two Saturdays, participants will arrive by 10am and take a vineyard tour; then collect samples of fruit for harvest.  You will measure sugar to determine optimum pick time of our Sangiovese. Then you will move to the crush pad to get a glimpse of what happens there including crusher/de-stemmer, punch down, taste fermenting wine, press, and finally barrel.  You will then move into the cellar and experience a vertical tasting of our Sangiovese — a light lunch will be served.  Price includes a bottle of 2013 Sangiovese to take home with you.
